Ghôls may be able to use the dwarves' stuff, but I doubt they're smart enough to make copies. And even if they are, having it isn't the same as figuring out how to make it.

Not really. Soulblighter did a lot of damage, but Balor destroyed alomost everything and killed the whole legion save a few dozen men.
