Ghols are probably not smart enough to use such technology. Yes they apparently can use cannons, but I don't think they know how to make gun powder or those dwarven bottles. They're pretty limited, intelligence wise.

Most myrmidons are dead and the ones that still live probably keep to their selves. Remember that no new myrms are being made. This means when one dies it can never be replaced.

The Trow have an uneasy peace with humans. I believe that they too are a dying race like the myrmidons.

Yes this is a problem, but Again, they aparently can't breed so they are dying.

I think a lot of the shades were destroyed. IF any still exists then they'll probably be more of a local problem. In other words, they'll probably settle in one area and perhaps terrorize that one area, but not go too far.
As for the other stuff Im not sure.
