If they're constantly conducting high-voltage electricity and not dying, then they must be made out of something fairly weird anyway. :-) They can't just be charged up, though, or units smacking them bare-handed or with metal swords would get a jolt. All I know is, something causes a small pocket of nearby air to be briefly superheated when they take a hit, and that doesn't happen when you hit an ordinary person.

It looks like a body--got a head and a torso and everything--just distorted by whatever teleportation mechanism he's using. But I suppose it could be nothing more than the spirit. That would fit with no one ever seeing a Fetch's true form, even when they're blown up--Wyrd then disintegrates the body parts but doesn't have to yank the soul out since it's already passed on.
