Lord, I should have thought Gene wasn't doing it on purpose either! It's Bungie's fault for calling it Canon, gdi! Sorry for my former harsher stance. If MJ or anyone else can't make another Myth, please sell the design docs! :-) Or just make more Myth; whatever.

I also would want to sincerely appologize myself. You guys are obviously, obviously doing an incredible job in all areas. Please, tell Scott personally that Archer is very sorry for trying to change the story, and for not having proper faith. He has it now :-).
And to you too, Santa! I've in the past thought that ww2 was evil because all my Unranked friends thought so, and so I did. I then was inspired by seeing Enemy at the Gates, remembering that World War II was dreadfully cool, so I took to seeing some of your plugins and played some solo maps. WW2 multiplayer is interminably screwed, but I love the units, and the solos are fun to play sometimes :-). It's a damn good job! I'm sorry for ridiculing you or joking at you about it. Hell, I hate ranked any time! WW2 just neetly sucked any other Rank h00rs away from Unranked way down to Hell (aka Ranked:-). Thanks for that alone! My appologies.

See, this is one of the top reasons I posted this. Everyone makes you out to be a Devil and this evil, Dark character who ruined Myth. You're obviously sorry for the mistake you made involving Ranked, are probably trying to keep it from happening to m3, and are a nice, generous person, so totally unlike your common depiction. You certainly earned my respect.

: realize that Bungie chose to make Halo after (and
: during) Myth II. I have no idea of knowing if they had
: intended to expand on the Myth story or not, but when
: they got funding from Microsoft to finish the new game
: and become the Xbox's flagship development team they
: were largely owned by Take 2. They had to give up
: rights to Myth to go to MS. I suppose that is kinda

Well, all, it seems that Myth III Canon will be far better than GURPS ever imagined, and that we don't need to discuss the GURPSvsAnti-GURPS issue any longer, as GURPS will be conscidered little more than a bad version of what we will soon know :-). I don't recommend putting too much faith into it, especially when making theories, but it doesn't matter anymore.
