People like Archer who come into forums and generally try and undermine all of the good work which Forrest has been doing for the Myth community. Trying to create new sites with the same content, badmouthing the finest collection of theories (Delusions) on the internet and then coming into the forum and bad-mouthing Forrest and his opinions. If you don't like his views on what is cannon and what is not, fine, comment, but don't post sarcasm laden crap with no real points, other than to say that you think third party plugs are of more relevance than pre-release info. Pre-release stuff isn't thought up on a whim, and was probably dropped due to gameplay issues rather than a lack of use. Bungie probably envisioned using Cave Spores, Skrael, Mahir and (shudder) the Dirigible at some point. The list of names given for such units were thought out just as much as the flavour for Zerks or the Journal for The Road North. There is no way that plug-ins like Homeland and UMS are more valid that stuff thought up by Bungie. GURPS is 100% canon, as is anything thought up by Bungie. If Bungie threw a plot involving a wolverine archmage and his pixie minions, it would be canon, whether you liked it or not.
I may sound all pro-Forrest here, but he has offered so much more to the community than you Archer. Give him a break, when you become the administrator of a successful Myth site who knows half as much as Forrest, I'll accept your opinions as bible. Until then, post as much as you want, it's a free world, but leave out flames and personal attacks on Forrest.
