Where does it say that in the MYTH world that a king has to come from a direct or royal line? I never heard in TFL that Alric would be king. He was the hero of the Great War. Had any of the other avataras survived, wouldn't they have some claim to the throne as well? Alric just happened to be the best surviving choice for rulership, don't ya' think?
