Really? I didn't see anywhere in GURPS that Fetch aren't made of energy--just that they do have a definite shape. And there's lots of ways to discharge energy that would be undetectable to the human eye.

Anyway, I have no idea what Fetch are made of--except that it's sufficiently exotic to dissipate when they're blown up, and to produce a small pseudo-electrical discharge when they get smacked with swords and arrows. Whether this material is "energy" or "matter" or "plasma" or something more difficult to classify, I dunno.
