: I can't help with the death sequence too much, or
: anything else for that matter :) A reason they might
: have different methods of movement might correspond to
: something thats always perplexed me. Warlocks of
: -Fire-. Perhaps intially the Scholomance was supposed
: to have representatives of all different sorts in the
: game. Air Locks who shot lightning bolts, Earth locks
: who shook the earth
I agree, I always wondered why they bothered naming him a Warlock of Fire when his only difference is the ring. Maybe they did intend to have a warlock for each of the elements, which would explain the different attack sequences. Earthquake, Icebolt (?) and maybe a wind based one. The much anticipated Cloudkill that we never got?
: To turn to the death sequence, perhaps their death
: doesn't seem to indicate too much flash, its almost
: serene in its flair, as opposed to the violent
: explosions elsewhere. Maybe when the Warlocks 'die'
: they're just popping back to a safe location. After
: all with a friend like the Deciever, you'd have plans
: in place too. :)
I like the Wyrd reclaiming the essence thing, but maybe they are simply escaping to another place. We know they are human so their death isn't related to Forrest's other dimension. Maybe they are given their power through the spirit of an extradimensional creature?
