I just don't see why you want to spin off a separate site duplicating the efforts of this one, drawing readership away from it, and most likely flaling because it doesn't have the backing of a huge conglomorate like B.org. NOBODY knew about Nontoxic. This site didn't hit it big until we became B.org's Myth section. So unless you do like MWA did and get linked as the "Official" M3 story liason - which I seriously doubt will happen, because this site has a monopoly on story and MWA has a monopoly on Official M3 Liason status - then you're probably not going to have a lot of luck.
I think Delusions is the perfect place for this type of site. It IS this type of site. Right now it's a mess, but I'll be cleaning it up soon.
I'm thinking of merging both Sculptures articles the Symbols article in Relics, and the Black Company and Allusions articles in Delusions, all together into a single Allusions and Symbols article for Relics.
Delusions articles on The Watcher, the Names of the Fallen, my upcoming Shiver article, and lots of other info about The Deceiver, Soulblighter, etc, could all be rolled together into one The Fallen Lords article.
Anagrams and Ancient Races both have almost nothing in them, so I'll probably just trash them. The Ancient Races article could be replaced by your Bestiary.
The Leveller, The Cycle, and Principia Mythica could be rolled together into one Universal Theories article.
This would leave us with this in Relics:

Level Names
Allusions & Symbols
Unimplemented Features
Basically all the misc facts. Then Delusions would hold:
