Well, I'm going to upload a .pdf file of it to my web site's server sometime soon...yuo could get it from there. As for a printed copy, it only shipped with certain copies of Myth 2, so the only thing to do is to ask bungie for one, or to ask a Myth 2 buyer who has it to part with it.
