There are also programs for screen shotting that give you extra options such as Snap Proz..
just head on down to http://www.versiontracker.com (for mac) and http://www.windowstracker.com (for winz0dz) and just search for 'screen capture' or somethign I surpose :-\
and for windows (ethier tho i dunt have a pecee... i think this is right) ethier using a screen capture app.. or without.. when wanting a screen shot press the "print screen" key (F13).. and then opena painting program and "paste" it into a new document.. anyone wanna correct me go ahead :)
