Actually the limit is 3 different types of lightning. Balmung uses two - one for the main bolt and the other for the secondary ones that spread throughout nearby units.
I don't know how many Balor uses, not being familiar with the nostalgia pack. In Fear, look at the projectile produced by Balor's lightning attack. See what type of lightning it uses. If the projectile promotes into another projectile or projectile groups, follow these & see if any of them have another lightning tag associated with them. If they do, you have 4 lightning tags in use & it won't work. If this is the case, either eliminate the secondary lightning tag for Balor or change it to using Balmung's secondary. Then it should work. mb.
