Nope, Myth years have the same months and days as ours, at least judging by dates in the journals. However, remember that Mythworlders have magic. Making a giant stone wall consists of stacking a bunch of rocks on top of eachother and casting a "make solid rock" spell on them. That's how they build such towering castles at such a low tech level. So rebuilding cities when you have mages to help is not that difficult.
