Yeah, I forgot about the Journal in the Keep. I can't imagine why Soulblighter would leave such a valuable record of the Great War lying around. Besides, knowing that someone will be the Summoner is like knowing that there is a future lawyer amongst Australia's population. He must have had some other way of knowing, maybe Balor told him? :) Poor old Scales, it always cops crap.
