Totally unrelated to this thread, I have this question.

We know that the Summoner is completely unexplained, except that his appearance was predicted by the Total Codex.

What I want to know is ... how did Soulblighter know about the Summoner? Even more perplexing - how did he know the Summoner would appear 60 years after Balor fell? And how did he know roughly where to look for him?

Remember, as far as we know Soulblighter never looked at the Total Codex, nor did any of the other fallen lords.
