I see you are all in pain, obviously Fobo's lack of forthcomingness (is that word?) has you worried. The answer is as simple as the ages. The head is Balor's cleaning lady Delores. :)

Seriously, I would assume that the head (being an enemy of Balor-formerly Connacht) may have been a Spider Cultist or maybe the original Summoner. No evidence, I'm just poking at debris looking for a live Ghol.
