GURPS gives the date as 2476 - four years before TFL started. Maybe the Dwarves and fir'Bolg got along a lot better than Dwarves and humans. Some of GURPS' info on the bre'Unor suggests that the fir'Bolg may hold them up as examples of the evils of humanity, if they are indeed human.
