If the comet came from the east in the Second Era, then there's something wrong with the cycle in the Delusions article. It theorizes that the comet follows the Dark... but if the comet followed Tireces in the 2nd Era, this must be wrong.
OK, this is based on what I know of the comet. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
1st Era: unknown.
2nd Era: comet shows up in the East. Tireces (hero) rises in the East & beats unknown Leveller from the West.
3rd Era: comet shows up, we don't know where.
4th Era: comet shows up in the West. Connacht (hero) rises in the East & beats "Moagim Reborn" from the West.
5th Era: comet shows up in the East (50 years late...) Alric (hero?) rises in the West & beats Balor (leveller) from the East.
What do these events have in common? Beats me...
