"Twice Born" does--although I'll be posting about why I think that's a mistake shortly--but "The Forge" happens two days later. And it appears that Shiver's destruction has been noted, since all the able-bodied men in Alric's army are going in to get Soulblighter; they don't seem to be worrying about Shiver anymore.
