I think the idea is that you drop all your satchels, lure her on them, then launch a fire arrow to ignite. I could never get her to stand directly on them and gave up trying. :)

Anyway, back on topic, if you can tie the wounded crow he picks up in A Murder of Crows to The Deceiver's faked death, you're in business.

But you need to make that connection.
