I didn't time it, but maybe I was culling newly spawned Grunts for something like 20-25 minutes (initially with long-range plasma pistol fire, then with the sniper rifle), and then when it became too risky to even stick my head out any more, I just let spawning run unhindered for 14 minutes (that bit I do know). So overall it might've been around 34-39 minutes.
