Congratulations to Bad Cyborg Movies for the 15th Anniversary. The first BCM was released on September 20, 2009. https://files.bungie.org/bad_cyborg/1/. Which was also two days before Halo 3: ODST was released.

Canonically, the Battle for Halo also started on September 19, 2552. https://www.halopedia.org/2552#September. September 20 is when the Silent Cartographer, Assault on the Control Room, and 343 Guilty Spark take place according to Halopedia.

Also, related to Bungie, marathon.bungie.org was started on September 19, 1995. https://marathon.bungie.org/story/newsept24.html#19Sept24
