This is interesting, and I guess my teenage obsession with connecting Halo with Marathon in the mid-2000s wasn't entirely fruitless :) IMHO it makes for a pretty interesting "What could have been" had Cortana gone rampant during the timeframe covered by the Bungie Halo games, but that's all it's ever going to be.
