I would just add that it's okay to not be okay. I think a lot of us are feeling some sort of way about this year and have all suffered to varying degrees. Folks, you're not alone--don't be hard on yourself. The entire planet has been thrown for a loop, so you're allowed to feel down about it. Just be kind (to yourself, to others, to everyone). Things will get better. :)
