Is Cortana doomed?

Is she mad bad? Or has just got her own ideas of how things should be? She always was the one who had to find the solutions for us. But would the Cortana we knew get it so wrong? Didn't she know she was opposing the player character?

Chief and Cortana never really said anything of substance to each other. Are you expecting more of the same? Will Halsey make a sacrifice to save the day? Will Cortana relent cause she loves John? Do we need a halo movie style database of tropes?

Will the resolution of the h6 story be genuinely unexpected and good?

My don't wants:

  • invulnerable allies or anything other than marines and ODSTs or vulnerable Covies
  • Chief grovelling on the floor begging for help
  • boss fights

I like blue team but I am so serious about no invulnerable allies tha I'd rather kill them off in a game trailer that have to drag them around with me in-game. Do an Alien 3 on them, face hugger and all. Anything to do away with invulnerable allies.

My do wants are just don't wants reframed as do wants ;-)

Is there anything you want added to the game?
