New DLC Warzone/Arena Announcers Coming?

So if the REQ pack leak is to be believed, it looks like we might get a few downloadable voice-over announcers for Warzone, Warzone Firefight and Arena! Spartan Buck, Yabda the Great (a grunt!) and Exuberant Witness (the monitor from Halo 5). Pretty cool, if true!
