Could it be the 302 redirect? Looks like the first link redirects to a 2nd page which redirects to the final link you posted. The first link doesn't include any caching response headers, but the 2nd does. The 2nd link is sends gzip content encoding. In short, the first redirect isn't the same structure as the 2nd redirect, so maybe Stretchy's Chrome is having problems with one of them.
