Grim Community Postings Question

I was wondering today (and maybe Grim will stop in with his thoughts since it's Friday) if there's some reason both the community update and canon fodder come out at the very end of the week...on a Friday...together...usually within a couple of hours of each other. Just seems to me like they could be spaced out a bit to have content updated at HaloWaypoint throughout the week rather than all at once at the very end of the week.
