Even with your personal settings as "Team and Party," you still hear other players at random(not just through proximity) and there was one case where I was on Red Team(which is the best team, btw) and could only hear Blue Team. Blue team could hear me, but not the rest of Red.

It also randomly mutes players, so IamOnlyInhuman couldn't be heard by Gnrl Vagueness, despite them having no connection issues or party chat issues. The quality is also noticeably worse than Party Chat and makes it difficult to hear or understand the few people that you CAN talk to.

It's actually really hindered Customs Night because we can't have more than 8-players without needing two parties or using broken game chat. :(

The increase to 12-players is a good thing!

16 would be ideal, unless Halo 5 fixes these issues!
