He's 1/35th scale which puts him at 2.54in (6.45cm) tall. He was 3d printed and finished with Vallejo Acrylic paints. The gun barrel was hanging by a thread due to a run-in with one of my kids and has since been straightened/reattached.

Here are some pics of the 3d model which I created in Zbrush. The cuts and rectangular keys were done to aid in 3d printing and assembly. I'll be posting more WIP shots on my blog, linked below.
