: Testimony and nobody really wants to talk about Escalation or Hunt the
: Truth. Makes me wonder if we'll even have discussions for months on end
: about what will happen in Guardians.

This forum is mostly used by old-timers by now, and are less attracted to new content, which may explain the stagnation and focus on social matters rather than Halo itself. Most people here seem to be more fans of Bungie than 343i, and have been so since the beginning.

With other places popping up to discuss Halo with the ability to edit posts and different formatting (Such as Halo Archive), and other big name fans showing up in other places to bring up discussion of the media (Halo Canon being a personal favorite), I think it's just lost the notoriety it had during the Bungie era with the community changing and drifting away.

Personally, I'm just bummed there's no sizable fleet battles discussion that I can find in Halo communities, in regards to strategy or paintjobs, save for the Spartan Games' forums. :/
