Yea if I remember correct, in War Zone some weapons will be tiered, with Legendary at the top, I.e. The Prophet's Bane, SPNKR, Kelly's shotgun, the H1 pistol, etc. And your image was a scene in the Sprint where they were undergoing some changes to show differences between the tier 2 and Kelly's shotgun.
