Halo 5: Standard Edition vs Deluxe Edition

I've been seeing a lot of the Halo 5: Guardians preorder ads on the Xbox One lately and did some looking into whether or not I would want the standard or digital deluxe edition (the collector's edition statue doesn't look $100 better than the Chief helmet or even Reach statue to me). I'm honestly confused though on what make the digital limited $30 more! You get 14 Req packs for free, but those are doled out twice a week for 7 weeks, you get the Fall of Reach Animated Series which you'll be able to watch online for free at some point I'm sure and a loadout weapon and skin.

Has anyone heard if we will soon be able to see what exactly is included in the different editions (especially digitally) or at least have them compared a little bit?
