Well we have only known GS as crazy. he went crazy long before the events of halo CE. Maybe when Chakas shows up again he will better explain is comments but yeah that statement can easily be written off with " he meant Reclaimer" my head says forerunner in the past was different from humans. but since forerunners gave us the keys to their culture and tech in our genes that we now take their place. aka the "you are forerunner" where is chakas and his now hostage crew of the Rubicon btw?
