I have a feeling Palmer is going to die before Halo 5. Probably at the Absolute Record. It's clear they originally intended her to be their new and rad breakout character but they've noticed by now it isn't working.

Regardless, I hope she won't be able to weasel her way out of this one and that she'll actually have to face some consequences for her actions. Potentially this could be used to develop her character and make her realize what a tool she has been all along.

In any case she shouldn't be able to continue in her current job. Make her a grunt like she used to be since that's what she's good at, the absurdly over-promoted lance corporal that she is.
