Normally, I'd say yes.

Long answer:
However, the Master Chief Collection presents us with an odd scenario. Unlike previous games, the game's host is determined by Party Leader rather than best connection. For that reason, I tend to leave Vagueness as Party Leader, since his connection is better than mine.

I wouldn't be opposed to passing the Party Leader around a few times, especially to those who have lag with myself, Shadow, or Vagueness as Leader. That way they can enjoy a few games without it.

Short answer:
Yeah. Pass it on but let's aim for a mutual host who can support as many players as possible. :)
