I'd say more teasing an ARG, or just a sort of in-universe podcasty report thing.
Anyway, after they showed the video during The Walking Dead, they had a thing tacked on at the end saying to watch the finale next week "to get both sides of the truth" (protip: that's next Sunday at 9:00 EST, and the finale will an hour and a half long). I'm guessing next week we'll get another little teasing video, hopefully a little more substantial. It might just tie into that site specifically though, or go in some other direction.
