Haven't read the other story yet but I really liked yours. It felt very authentic to the Forerunner books and adequately conveyed the horror of the Flood.

And I'm looking forward to the next round. Though the previous entries haven't seen that much activity it's still good to see VTHU back. I've been meaning to get back to drawing things for real and while I don't really feel confident enough to post my stuff on its own, this project is a decent channel for that. Not to mention it's always great to see what others come up with.
