If the quality of Halo 4, Nightfall, and the MCC is anything to go by, 343 has demonstrated that they're not exactly a crack team when it comes to producing quality products... But even they know not to put a finished product out into the market when the name is tarnished and on the lips of the walking wallets...

Basic business strategy: wait for the heat to die down, and your next product won't be under such scrutiny and wariness. It's not like Spartan Strike was destined to be a holiday system seller, so they aren't exactly hesitant to push it back, unlioke some other product...

(I'm not saying EVERYONE at 343 is a greed-fueled MS-subservient derp, but...)
