It's like 343i took a look at the uproar over the Halo 4 Terminals and asked themselves "How can we screw this up even further?"

I really want to know who is calling the shots (And not just a generic "It's Microsoft!") because the Halo Channel isn't being made with the interests of the consumer in mind.
