The MCC Solution

It's a two step process:

1. If you bought the MCC digitally, contact Xbox support and ask for a refund. You'll keep your saved data and can re-download when it's working.

2. Do not, under any circumstances, pre-order Halo 5 or buy any "season passes" for it.

What we got with the MCC is completely unacceptable. Full stop. It's time to stop rewarding them (and others) for work they either haven't delivered yet or tried and failed at.
