Generations was allot like Halo 4, it had allot of fucking potential but they blew it somewhere.

But were making up for its shortcomings, we've already created new playable characters and new stages. Have you heard of the Unleashed Project? Its a fan-created DLC pack that recreates the good parts of Unleashed:

Everything here you see is custom work (save for the levels which were ported over from the 360). the hub, music, layout, everything was all done by DarioFF and his team. Version 2.0 will come after Dario is done with the SG level editor hes creating, from what hes showing us he got the Unleashed lighting system working and higher quality textures, not to menction the models from Sonic Unleashed that couldn't be brought over before (inlcudes Sonic's model, his SU model has the most highest polycount of any Sonic game so far so it was a bitch to get it working properly).

But yeah were making up for Generations shotcomings slowly. were just glad SEGA gave us a PC version and left everything basically open to modding unlike Sonic 4.
