This project involves 2 warring factions, with hundereds of people living in seclusion from each other. I've never had people in real life willing to bring their xbox's over to my house and stand around in the game being a body dummy for the months that it would take to make this series. My best bet is to get online and have friends help me when they can.
Now that the Master Chief collection is here, everything seems in place. I can build my own natural/artificial sets with Forge and a HUGE Forge budget, 2 different kinds of banshees (Important for me), red energy swords, armor unlocked, and so many other things that make this process so much easier to accomplish..... except I haven't heard about weapon lowering yet.
In Halo 2 it was as easy as holding the left trigger while having no grenades. Halo 3, ODST, Reach, and Halo 4..... not so much. With Anniversary trying to mimic Halo 2 as much as possible and probably wanting to promote the creation of more machinima, I'm hoping that 343 would have made the process MUCH more simple than it has been over the past 10 years.
Does anyone know the state of weapon lowering in this game? Or is this the one thing that, in my opinion, 343 dropped the ball on?
