I actually kind of wish there was an option that allowed us to lock it in at 30fps, at least when playing Campaign. The Last of Us Remastered has that option, and I made use of it because it looks unnaturally smooth when running at 60fps. I played it like that for about 10 seconds, went "Nope!", and switched it to 30fps. I think it looks better running at the lower frame rate.
