I like that the scene clarifies that whatever the Librarian did just unlocked what was already there, rather than adding something that wasn't previously. I also prefer this version of the Didact composing humanity a little better - if you haven't read the Cryptum trilogy you were probably left wondering why there were human tribesmen on a Halo. And I wish they'd kept the dialogue about Ivanoff station - that never occurred to me, I just assumed they were immediately emplaced within Promethean shells. Though I think the rampancy quote is a bit too on the nose.
