I'm not entirely sure we can say that all the framing in these scenes are actually the finals. Could be they haven't finished the environments for the scenes, etc, so they're just showing us the pieces with polish in them (whereas they've obviously worked a lot more on the "Return to Sender" scene since it's most of the shots.)
