Yeah, it's more the projects that have no fallback, as it were, whereas 343 can still make sure the show gets out there. Others, unless production is wrapped up or wrapping up, aren't as fortunate.

Nonetheless, a highly respected friend of mine was brought into XES a while back; seems he'll be, once again, bumped out. >:/
