Two Questions about the MCC

1. From what I understand, when you vote for a map from, let's say Halo 1 for example, it will load the Halo 1 engine. Will it be possible, whether in matchmaking or in custom games, to play Halo 1 maps with a different game's engine? For example, can I play Halo 2 on Hang 'Em High? Or Halo 1 on The Pit?

2. Why is the Chief's helmet blue in all the images for the MCC?
