I kept the Warthogs speed and other characteristics in it's default setting but the action was too slow, so I sped it up and it made for better action and jumps too.

I don't remember ever trying to get into the passenger seat. I remember playing on line multiplayer in the PC version and riding in the passenger seat always made me dizzy.
