I disagree. He drew them for his use, they aren't ripped from the game.

I guess maybe in my mind I'm comparing it to a comic book convention, where an artist at a booth has drawn a picture of Spider Man and sells prints. He doesn't own the character, but he drew that version.

Still, I'd love to see your version of that kind of work.
